JOSEPHINE CHANG (Actor/Producer)

Josephine Chang is Lexie. She’s also one of the producers & story supervisor for Make A Wish and starring in Krsy Fox’s Frank and Spider One’s debut feature film Allegoria. She is currently repped by Ryan Glasgow and Alan Mills at Mills Kaplan Entertainment. Seeing her out in the wild is like spotting a rare Pokémon as she prefers staying at home with her three cats.

EDWARD HONG (Actor/Producer)

Edward Hong is Freddie. He’s also one of the producers and executive producers for Make A Wish and has marketed himself frequently with Cinnabon by the moniker of the “Cinnabon Monster”. He is currently repped by Ryan Glasgow and Alan Mills at Mills Kaplan Entertainment and Anthony Boyer at DDO Artists Agency.

ROMAN MORETTI (Actor)

Roman Moretti is Brock. He was born in New York, reared in Silicon Valley, and is now pursuing his acting career full time in Los Angeles. He has also become extremely swole since the end of the MAW production and has trained himself vigorously to become the next Chris Hemsworth.

DINH THAI (Director/Co-Writer)

Dinh Thai is an Asian-American writer/director by way of commercial directing based in Los Angeles. Born in Vietnam, fled to France, and finally settling in Los Angeles, the 80s and 90s nurtured a fascinating cultural mix that strongly informs Dinh’s filmic approach and aesthetic.

Dinh’s narrative work has aired on HBO and Cinemax. Specifically, MONDAY, a short film he wrote and directed has garnished over 50 festival awards and nominations, including first place in the inaugural HBO Asian Pacific American Visionaries competition, Outstanding Director, Outstanding Actor and Next Generation Filmmaker Award at the prestigious NBCU Shorts Festival, Best Direction at the New York Television Festival and The One Screen Festival, Best Short Film at CATALYST, and Best New Filmmaker of the Year at NFMLA.

Along with being in the Disney|ABC Director Program, Dinh has shadowed on American Horror Story (Ryan Murphy’s Half-Initiative), MAYANS M.C. (Fox 21 TV), and directed an episode of New Amsterdam (218 ‘Matter of Seconds”) through NBC’s Emerging Director Program. He is also actively pursuing film and TV directing assignments as well as developing a show based on his short film and other multicultural ideas.

DIANE FOSTER (Producer)

Diane Foster is an American Producer based in Los Angeles. Her feature
film, IOWA, starring Rosanna Arquette, John Savage and Michael T. Weiss,
was nominated for Best Narrative Feature at the 2005 Tribeca Film
Festival.

Foster also produced the 2011 horror cult classic The Orphan Killer, and
its sequel Bound X Blood: The Orphan Killer 2, about a serial killer
hell-bent on teaching his estranged sister about family loyalty in 80s style
slasher fashion. The merchandise for these 2 horror films is sold in
Walmart and Sears. Foster produced the pilot for the six episode web
series Lettuce, a comedy about midlife crisis, sex and aliens. The series is
executive produced by Robert Gunnerson and Peter Facinelli, and has
been optioned for release by Crackle.

Most recently, the feature film “Before the Dawn” marks Fostersʼ 4th
feature she produced from inception to completion and very proud to say
that the crew was 70% identifying female. She just finished production on
the short film, “Dissonance” written by Rafi Jacobs and the romantic
comedy short, “Shiri” written by Grace Yee & Micah Coate.
In 2018, Diane launched her own production company, WallyBird
Productions
, to produce all forms and genres of media, worldwide.

IVAN TSANG (Writer)

A native of Toronto, Canada, Ivan Tsang is an MFA Graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in Screen and TV Writing. Ivan originally moved to LA to work with the rising movement of Asian American influencers and subsequently wrote for Wong Fu Productions, KevJumba, Jubilee Media, Fung Bros. Comedy, Jeremy Lin, ISA TV (among others) where as a result, his work has been viewed over 100 million times. Ivan’s feature script FINDING CUMBERBATCH won the 2019 Screencraft Comedy Competition and he also most recently closed a deal to develop his pilot STEALING STANFORD into a feature film. He is represented by 3 Arts Entertainment and is also the proud owner of a Pug named Russell.

REUBEN STEINBERG (Cinematographer)

With almost 20 years under his belt, Reuben Steinberg has been a steady working cinematographer with such films like Bennett’s War, American Wrestler: The Wizard, Running Wild, and Deadland (to which he was nominated for Best Cinematography at the 2009 Maverick Movie Awards). He’s also worked on commercial spots for Disney, Nike, Spotify, ESPN, Bank of America, and many more.

ALEXANDRA BAYLESS (Hair/Makeup)

Alexandra Bayless is a makeup & hair artist working and living in Los Angeles, CA. She trained with her father, Emmy award winning makeup artist John R. Bayless. She has been doing makeup & hair for feature films, short films, commercials, print and headshots since moving to LA from North Carolina.

*Editor’s Note: Alexandra is also an extraordinarily talented actress so she is a major double threat.

BLENDA LAU (Composer)

Blenda Lau is a multi-instrumentalist and film composer based in Los Angeles. She is the music director of game developer, Little Thingie; pianist at Chinese Bible Mission Church; music instructor at PopRock Academy and Piano Girl Company; and freelance film composer.

VENUS LEONE (Sound Designer + Rerecording Mixer)

Venus Leone is an award-winning Producer, Recording/Mix Engineer, and Location Sound Recordist based in Los Angeles, California. Born in Italy and raised in Switzerland as the only Italian/Black-Brazilian person, her passion for the arts has helped her find her place in the world.
